My next fundraising effort is selling shirts that I helped design with Fund the Nations. These shirts really mean a lot to me because they were inspired by my favorite song Follow You Anywhere by Passion. If you haven’t listened to it before, you should check it out and really mediate on the lyrics: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JaiG47vP2nA

This song truly helped me to make the decision to commit to the World Race Semesters program. When I was contemplating if I needed to go on this trip every doubt entered my mind and I was filled with excuses as to why I shouldn’t go. I was scared because of the serious global health crisis, I was worried because I have never even been out of the country before and felt inadequate to be involved in such a large mission, and I knew that going on this trip would mean that I would be giving up different career advancement opportunities that I could have been involved in in the Spring. These were all serious concerns I had, but amidst all this indecision the song Follow You Anywhere came up on my Spotify. The message that God was sending me was clear, it was time for me to set aside all my doubts and worries and follow Him. My fears are inconsequential when placed in the hands of our Heavenly Father. There is no better place to be than following where Christ leads me. As Passion so clearly states, “I'll follow You anywhere, wherever You lead me, whatever it costs me.” Putting my plans on hold for Gods plans is worth whatever I fear it might “cost” me. As a man following Jesus said in Luke 9:57, “I will follow you wherever you go.” I am so excited to follow Christ on this journey He has planned for me!

Here is the shirt I designed! I am selling them for $20 each (+$5 shipping if applicable)
